Shirley van Wyk is the Managing Director and visionary behind Terre Paisible Medical Rejuvenation & Spa, a luxury wellness destination conceptualised and brought to life as part of a curated portfolio of world-class experiences. With over two decades in luxury brand building and strategic marketing, Shirley is renowned for transforming ambitious concepts into thriving, high-impact ventures. As co-founder of Ageless by Design, she continues to unite global experts in longevity and biohacking, inspiring individuals to strive beyond the usual and unlock their full potential.
Tania Malan is the visionary founder of Uniskin (UK) and co-founder of Ageless by Design. With 33 years in advanced nursing practice, four degrees (three at Master’s level), and a career spanning trauma, midwifery, aesthetics, genetics, and functional medicine, she has treated more than 200,000 patients. A bestselling author of Ageless, global speaker, and finalist for Best Nurse Practitioner, Tania has pioneered the 12-Step Framework to Extend Healthspan™, through original scientific research. Her mission is clear: to disrupt outdated medical models and empower individuals to live longer, healthier, optimised lives.
Lauren Mc Millan is a specialised nurse with a Master’s degree in Reproductive Health Education (MCur) from Stellenbosch University. She contributed to pioneering UCT research on childhood respiratory health and HIV-related lung outcomes, with a focus on maternal health and infant lung development. She later co-founded the Cannabis Research Institute, advancing CBD integration and pharmaceutical supplementation. Today, as part of Terre Paisible Medical Rejuvenation Spa’s Functional Health Team, and as co-designer of Ageless by Design, she combines evidence-based practice with personalised care to empower individuals in their health and wellness journeys.
Janine Bedford-van der Berg is the founder of Summerbell Productions, where she leads as a creative producer shaping brand stories with impact. With over a decade of experience in design and content creation, her work has earned recognition in competitions and through collaborations with award-winning clinics such as Uniskin. As co-designer of Ageless by Design, she extends this vision into wellness, innovation, and aesthetics. Through Summerbell, Janine supports brands and movements that champion creativity and meaningful change, ensuring their message resonates across platforms. Her mission is to create stories that inspire lasting connection and transformation.
