Dr Elna Rudolph is a physician and Clinical Sexologist known for combining clinical expertise with compassionate, practical care. She has been working exclusively in sexual health since 2010 and has become one of South Africa’s most recognised voices in the field.

Elna is the Clinical Head of My Sexual Health (MSH), a pioneering multidisciplinary network of doctors, psychologists, physiotherapists, and allied professionals dedicated to treating the full spectrum of sexual health concerns. Through her online learning platform, SexologyCourses.com, she trains clinicians worldwide in evidence-based sexual medicine.

From 2021 to 2025, Elna served as President of the World Association for Sexual Health (WAS), where she helped shape global conversations on sexual health, rights, justice and pleasure. She has contributed to clinical guidelines, presented at international conferences, and appeared in mainstream media to normalise conversations around sexual wellbeing.

Her clinical focus includes hormonal balance across the lifespan, midlife and menopausal transitions, sexual pain, and desire changes, always approached holistically, with attention to both medical and lifestyle factors. She believes that sexual health is healthcare, and that tending to it can profoundly improve quality of life.

At Ageless by Design, Elna will highlight how hormone balance, and non-hormonal influences such as stress, sleep, and emotional connection, impact vitality, weight, and libido. Her vision is clear: when women understand and support their sexual health, they can age not just longer, but stronger, with confidence and connection intact.
